ASC: Click “Book This Class” for block bookings or “Book Your Trial” for one off/ad hoc days.
View Class Schedule and Click “Info and Booking” on your required days.
Half Term Camp:
Scroll down to the venue you want to book.
Click “Book Now”
View Camp, select days and proceed to checkout.
Register your details and complete booking.
Please note for maintained prices Hanford Sports require block bookings. You can still book on anytime via the “Book Your Trial” icon but we cannot guarantee a space until payments are made.
*ASC/LATE STAY Late payment/non bookings will be charged a Trial Fee of £6.00/£13.50 per session.
*ASC/HT Late collections will incur a £5.00 fee for every 10 minutes.
*PPF forms available on request. Please ensure PPF payments are made via the office to confirm available funds before booking. Please note each school operates its own PPF policy and an agreement must be made with the school and parent/carer.

Bacs payments can only be made for outstanding invoices and please note outstanding invoices will be charged at our Trial (Pay As You Go) rate.
*Please be aware any outstanding orders not paid before the day of the club will be charged at the Trial (Pay As You Go) rate.
If the Club sells out before the payment is made Hanford Sports reserve the right to cancel any unpaid booking.
Please note we cannot offer any refunds for any cancelled sessions by the client, non attendance or if there are any sessions cancelled for bad weather or school requirements. Sessions cannot be rescheduled but our ‘Pay As You Go’ provides clients with ‘book anytime’ choices.
NOTES:
After School Club starts between 3:15-3:30pm depending on each schools class finish time. Children are escorted to club by our coaches.
To add on a Late Stay to an original ASC booking please choose ‘+ Late Stay Club’.
Half Term Camps start at 8:30am and finish at 3:30pm.
Dunelm Kids Camp starts at 8:30am and finishes at 4:00pm.

If your employer operates a childcare voucher scheme you will be able to use the vouchers to pay for your child’s attendance at Hanford Sports Clubs and Camps. “Childcare vouchers” is a Government scheme, operated through employers, enabling working parents to pay for childcare from their pre-tax salaries.
Please book online as above and complete payment via your chosen provider. You no longer need a coupon code. Booking is only secured once payment is complete, Hanford Sports reserve the right to cancel any unpaid booking.
